Wide language support
Our software and user manuals are currently available in English and German. The French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch translations will be available in the near future.

We have dedicated support personnel and partners across the globe, and are able to deliver support in English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Hebrew and Afrikaans. The turnaround time of user assistance is almost instantaneous: our statistics show that 80% of all tickets are resolved within 24 hours. A problem-solving assistant built into our software can provide the support personnel with the information to simulate the problematic scenario for a quick resolution.

About EPI-USE Labs
EPI-USE Labs specializes in the development of innovative software products that add value to your business's SAP system. We focus on solutions for your challenges in two areas: Landscape Management (for ERP, SRM and CRM environments)and Human Capital Management (HCM).
EPI-USE Labs grew out of the global EPI-USE organization. While implementing SAP in businesses, EPI-USE consultants recognized opportunities for specialized software solutions that could streamline and accelerate processes for SAP data management. Initially these consultants were the only ones to use our products as project accelerators, until customers realized the value and benefits that our unique products would bring to their SAP implementations.
Since 1994 our customer base has expanded rapidly. In 2007 the software development division of EPI-USE formed its own company, EPI-USE Labs.
Our company is well grounded yet dynamic, with technical expertise and experience in SAP applications and IT solutions. We offer exciting careers in the IT world to exceptional candidates.
Apart from product development and custom development, EPI-USE Labs provides extensive consultation, product installation and training, through an excellent support and services team around the globe.
